REFUND POLICY

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 24 HOURS AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER.

Custom Printed Items are not eligible for refund or return.

Custom Printed Items are Leggings, Bags, Shoes, Tumblers, Shirts, Pillow Cases, Socks, Bedding Set, Mugs, Canvas, Hooded Blanket, Hoodie Dress, Dress, Jackets and all apparel.

Custom Printed Products:

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page.


Damaged/Incorrect Order

At Puntomart, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at support@puntomart.com and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!

*Defect must be reported within 30 days.


Order not received

If your item has not arrived within 50 days contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

 


Free Offers/Giveaways - All "Free + Shipping"

Free + Shipping offers are not eligible for refunds. However, you have a 24 hour cancelation period after your order should you change your mind on a free offer. Free items are non-refundable once shipped.

 


Other products

Strictly no returns or replacements unless there are defect(s) in the product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.


Package Returned To Sender – Wrong Address/Incorrect Address

Orders that will be tagged as returned to sender due to the wrong address will be destroyed by the courier or charge Puntomart for custom tax duties and another shipping fee once we confirm to ship it back to our Fulfillment facility which caused us 50% of the order.

Therefore, We,Puntomart, will only shoulder 50% of the total amount as a refund credit back to your account if a replacement is not acceptable.

If replacement is acceptable, we will submit a new order to our Fulfillment Company with no additional cost.


Returns

Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not take returns. But we will replace defective/damage items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.

Please make sure that the product was received in the last 30 days is unwashed and unused. We only accept refunds or replacements of product purchased from Puntomart at www.puntomart.com.


Refunds (if applicable) 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
