How do I check the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page.

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our 3 fulfillment centers where we will confirm and ship your item (s) within 3-5 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

My order didn't arrive on time, what should I do?

If for any reason whatsoever your items do not arrive within 15-50 (2 - 6 weeks) business days (average) from the purchase date, please contact

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your style from the menu on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us at as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we'll try to help in any case. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

How long does shipping & delivery take?

Average shipping times:

-US/UK/CA/AUS: 7-30 days (1-4 weeks)
-Europe & Worldwide: 14-50 days (2-6 weeks)

Please allow up to a max of 50 business days for the items to arrive.
Some items may be shipped separately (for fast delivery).

*Shipping to the following countries may take over 50 days for certain products:
South Africa, Peru, Argentina, Bulgaria, Romania, and French Polynesia.

How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method.
Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

International buyers! - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

Do you deliver products internationally?

Puntomart successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately for fast delivery. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! 

Where do you ship from?

We have different warehouses located in some countries like US, China, Latvia or Spain. And depending on the item you will receive from one country or other. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

I’m not satisfied with the printing quality, what should I do?

You’re not in love with your product, contact us! All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will reprint any flawed apparel, free of charge. Please see our return and refund policy for further details.
